Father's Heart
Father’s Heart is a rehab ministry in Penn, PA that seeks to bring “love, hope and freedom to those struggling with all addictions.” Their ministry also provides multiple youth programs, worship services, and outreach events. Charter Oak Church Jeannette has partnered with Father’s Heart on outreach events to bless and serve anyone struggling in our community.

Ways to Serve​

Volunteer for youth programs on Friday nights.

Provide food or donations for Backpack Outreach, Thanksgiving Outreach, and Christmas Outreach events.

Attend Outreach events to serve and build relationships with the community

Living Hope
Living Hope is a faith-based non-profit in Jeannette that provides weekly meals, clothing, toiletries, and household items for those in need. But this is all done through community and gospel-based instruction. Living Hope offers both spiritual and physical needs in a safe and loving environment.
Ways to Serve

Volunteer to prepare a meal.

Volunteer to serve at the weekly community dinner – every Thursday at 5:00pm

Mosaic Community Development Center
MCDC ‘s mission is to empower and elevate a generation of leaders from youth to adulthood, instilling a desire to serve, a commitment to and a love for the Jeannette Community. Mosaic provides multiple programs for children and youth.

Benevolence Ministry
The Benevolence Team at Charter Oak Church Jeannette comes along-side people in poverty or crisis situations and works with them to develop and accomplish plans for long-term transformational development.
