Charter Oak Church Frye Farm Campus is seeking a part-time Congregational Care Coordinator. The Congregational Care Coordinator serves as a compassionate and organized leader who helps oversee the day-to-day care needs of the Frye Farm Campus. This role provides practical, emotional, and spiritual support to individuals and families by coordinating care ministries, responding to urgent needs, mobilizing volunteers, and helping people experience the love and care of Jesus through the church community.
