This service could also be referred to as a Tenebrae Service, which means darkness. In this service, nine candles are extinguished as we read through the final hours of Jesus' life. By the end of the service, we will be in complete darkness just as darkness covered the earth when Jesus died.
Childcare will be available. The nursery will be open to accomodate children up to age 5.
