Chris has the awesome privilege to serve the family of Charter Oak Church and this region by casting vision, preaching, and developing leaders. Chris became the Lead Pastor of Charter Oak Church
Tom helps facilitate the vision of Charter Oak Church into a tangible and concrete plan overseeing the staff and facilities. He enjoys creating strategies and plans that helps the vision bear fruit for God’s kingdom.
Aaron loves all ages of people but has a specific passion to equip men to lead and disciple at home, at their church, at work and in their community. Aaron and his wife Janelle have five children: AJ, Alyssa, Lydia, Jenna and Daniel.
Steve has over two decades of experience in ministry. He served as the worship leader at Charter Oak Church in the early 2000s. He returns to our staff after time at churches in California and Eastern Pennsylvania. Steve and his wife Mary have four children.
Kim has the privilege of directing, leading, and serving the Family Ministry Team at the Frye Farm campus. She strives to provide an atmosphere where kids and students can see who God is and how much He loves them.
Autumn strives to provide an environment where kids can experience the unconditional love of God. She loves to build relationships with the families of Charter Oak to watch their children grow and mature in their faith.
Nichole connects families through digital environments like Facebook and our Parent Resource Page on the Charter Oak Church website and in person events that are held throughout the year. Nichole also supports the Family Ministry team in providing digital content to kids, students, parents and caregivers.
Michael directs the financial activities, operations staff, campus facilities, food services, and equipment. Michael is also responsible for the accounting systems, reconciling of the statements, and more.
Mitchell manages the communication flow between the congregation and church leadership. He is responsible for ensuring a consistent experience across multiple platforms such as the website, phone app, social media, print publications, and more.
Angie oversees the administrative functions of the church including printing, copying and ordering supplies, as well as providing administrative support for ministry areas.
Andrew is passionate about seeing students take ownership of their faith, discover God’s plan for their lives, get involved in serving others, and become rooted in God’s Word.
Cindy oversees the Next Steps ministry which connects people to the church, gathers them into biblical community and mobilizes them to serve in the local community and beyond.
Sarah oversees all worship arts ministries for our Frye Farm campus. Sarah is passionate about using music and the arts as a vehicle to infuse passion for Jesus in people of all ages.
Josiah is the Worship Leader at the Frye Farm Campus. He leads our contemporary weekend worship and student worship teams. He is passionate about making God's heart known through music, and longs to see people come into a powerful, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.
Laurie is passionate about sharing the hope and message of Jesus through music. She has years of experience playing and teaching music to various ages.
Bill has an incredible gift and passion for worship and music ministry. He has over two decades of experience in leading people to connect with God via worship.
Rachel serves as the worship leader for the Crossroads Campus. She has a heart for worship and for people. In her role, she gets to use those skills and gifting to truly make a difference in lives.
Ty serves under the direction of Pastor Chris Whitehead to provide administrative support, scheduling and record keeping. Other duties include, but are not limited to, the coordination of baptisms, communion, weddings, and funerals.
Jody coordinates nursery care for the worship services and special events at the Frye Farm campus. She has a unique heart for children and desires to introduce them to Jesus at
an early age.
Dave has been placed by Reliant Mission at Charter Oak Church as a Missions Mobilizer for the region. His role is to help people live missionally and take their next right step; whether that’s walking across the street or living on the other side of the world.
