Jesus started His earthly ministry by being baptized. Baptism is often a way we mark the beginning of our relationship with God through faith in Jesus. Baptism isn't the finish line, it's a spiritual marker along the journey. Let's celebrate Jesus' baptism, our baptism, and the baptisms that will come.

Jesus knows our nature. At some point in our lives, and most likely, many times, you will be offended. But how you respond when you are offended whether in person, on social media, or even through gossip, is completely up to you. How do you keep from drinking the poison as a disciple of Jesus.

Throughout the Bible we hear a call to be courageous and to be strong. Being a follower of Jesus isn't a call to an easy life but a surrendered life. How can we fearlessly love in a world that seems so filled with hate?

It takes greater courage to serve than to be served. What does it look like to fearlessly serve a scared world that is being controlled more and more by fear and intimidation?

When attacks seems to be coming from all around us, where do we turn? How do we lead? We begin by remembering who God is, what He has done in and through the person and work of Jesus. Then we fearlessly fight.

What does it mean for us to be a fearless church? What doesn't it mean? There is a call upon our lives as disciples of Jesus to be confident in Jesus and dare all the more to proclaim the gospel without fear.

The Spirit is holy, for he produces the character of Jesus in those in whom He dwells. These character qualities are known as the fruit of the Spirit.

Sinful behavior is the product of practiced patterns that become habits which sink their roots deep in us. Growing to Christlikeness involves a process of replacing old habits with God-pleasing ones.
